Gary began his journey as a gymnastics parent before stepping into coaching in 1997, where he became known for his motivational style and ability to inspire athletes. He is deeply committed to building a strong program culture and developing well-rounded individuals who carry life skills far beyond the gym.

DORIS MCGINLEY

Vice President

Doris has been a cornerstone of the gym since its opening in 2003, overseeing daily front desk operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly. She is known for warmly welcoming every family and creating a positive, supportive first impression for all who walk through the doors.

THOMAS MCGINLEY

Chief Operating Officer

Thomas has been coaching since 1999 and serves as the head team coach, bringing experience working with Division I collegiate athletes as well as regional and national qualifiers. As a Level 10 rated judge, he combines high-level technical knowledge with a vision to build an elite-level program and lasting athlete success.

ERIN MCGINLEY

Vice President

Erin has been involved in gymnastics since 1995 and is both a Level 10 rated judge and certified athletic trainer. She plays a key role in athlete longevity by leading rehab and injury prevention efforts, helping athletes stay healthy and perform at their best.

KAITLIN MCGINLEY

Director

Kaitlin has been coaching since 2008 and plays a key leadership role in ensuring every program operates at the highest standard. A former Level 9 Westerns qualifier and Level 10 rated judge, she brings a refined balance of experience, precision, and passion that elevates the athlete experience.
